The Creative World of Mo Willems
Mo Willems is a #1 New York Times best-selling author and illustrator whose work has earned three Caldecott Honors for Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, Knuffle Bunny, and Knuffle Bunny Too. Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! was also an inaugural inductee into the Indies Choice Picture Book Hall of Fame. His beloved Elephant & Piggie series received two Theodor Seuss Geisel Medals and five Geisel Honors. In 2019, the Kennedy Center named Willems its first Education Artist-in-Residence. He began his career as a writer and animator on Sesame Street, earning six Emmy Awards.
